We can assist in everything from the selection of a suitable location, advising on the most appropriate procurement route, selection and appointment of the design team, selection and appointment of contractors, contractual advice, cost control and overseeing the works on site. Our team has experience of delivering projects on time and on budget for a number of FTSE 100 clients. This experience covers a range of building types, including commercial office space, retail, industrial and educational buildings. MCMS can also carry out project monitoring on behalf of those funding the project, and post contract audit work.
